Cancellation Policy:

1. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately with your order number before shipped or dispatched.
2. If the order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping & Finality:

1. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation.
2. The estimated time of delivery may vary from 7-8 working days.
3. nce an order has been shipped / dispatched out of our warehouse, it is considered final.
4. No Cancellations: We cannot stop a shipment once it is in the hands of the courrier.
5. No Refunds: Due to the nature of nutraceutical products and health safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or process refunds once the product has left our controlled environment.

Payment Policy:

1. We accept online orders through COD or Prepaid. We have payment wallets integrated.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy:

1. While our standard policy is "no refunds after shipping," we stand by the quality of our delivery.
2. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item so we can arrange for a replacement.
4. Prepaid orders will take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
